Smart Parking Payment Menggunakan Near Field Communication (NFC)

Paper ini menjelaskan perancangan sistem Smart Parking Payment secara pervasive yang menggabungkan NFC (Near Field Communication) dan GPS (Global Position System) untuk menciptakan metode pembayaran parkir yang lebih cerdas. Perancangan sistem ini ditujukan untuk sistem parkir tertutup (closed type parking) yang mempunyai gerbang masuk dan keluar, dan sistem parkir terbuka (open air parking) tanpa gerbang parkir yang biasanya terjadi pada parkir di sepanjang bahu jalan. Pembayaran parkir menggunakan aplikasi pada smartphone dengan NFC Enable dengan cara didekatkan pada NFC reader pada sistem. Pengguna melakukan tap pada smartphone dengan NFC Enable ke NFC reader untuk melakukan proses inisialisasi awal parkir kendaraan yang akan mencatat ID pengguna, date, dan saldo virtual money. Aplikasi pada smartphone akan mencatat koordinat lokasi parkir kendaraan sesuai lokasi parkir yang dipilih oleh pengguna. Selanjutnya, aplikasi yang tertanam pada sistem akan membantu pengguna menemukan lokasi kendaraan ketika terlupa. Sistem Smart Parking Payment ini akan menghindari penggunaan kertas untuk tiket sehingga akan lebih memudahkan pengguna dan lebih ramah lingkungan
